All orders ship from our Vancouver, BC warehouse via Canada Post Xpresspost with signature confirmation and full tracking. Standard delivery is 2-4 business days to most Canadian addresses. Cold-chain packaging is included on every order at no additional cost.
Orders confirmed via Interac e-Transfer before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays) ship the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM PT ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays ship the next business day.
Cryptocurrency and wire-transfer orders ship as soon as payment confirmation is received, typically 1 business day after the payment initiation.

If you would prefer signature-free delivery (Canada Post’s “signature waiver”), please mention this when confirming your order by email. Signature-free delivery is at your own risk — if the parcel is left on your porch and stolen, we cannot refund. For orders over $400 CAD we strongly recommend keeping signature required.

Canadian winters occasionally cause Canada Post delays, particularly in the Prairies (January-February) and Atlantic Canada (December-March). We monitor Canada Post service alerts and will proactively Email you if we anticipate a delay affecting your parcel. Weather delays don’t affect our cold-chain quality — our 96-hour heavy-duty kit is designed exactly for this scenario.
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, Email us immediately with your order number and new address. If your parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update the address at no cost. If it has been dispatched, we may be able to redirect through Canada Post’s redirect service (a $12 fee applies).
