Pharmaceutical-grade retatrutide vials at 99.3% HPLC purity. Lyophilized peptide in sealed glass vials, ships with bacteriostatic water and syringes. The flexible choice for custom dosing protocols. From $89 CAD per vial.

We stock both vials and pre-filled pens, but the vials are what we ship most — roughly 68% of our Canadian orders every month. There's a reason. Vials give you flexibility. Pens give you convenience. If you're running a custom protocol, adjusting your titration schedule week by week, splitting doses between GLP-1 peptides, or just researching at your own pace, vials are the format that doesn't lock you in.
Every vial we ship is 10 milligrams of lyophilized retatrutide, sealed under nitrogen atmosphere in Type-I amber borosilicate glass, capped with butyl rubber and aluminum. That's the same primary packaging pharmaceutical companies use for clinical-trial samples. It's boring, medical, and it works — the peptide stays stable for 24 months unopened when held between 2-8°C.

Every vial order ships with everything you need to reconstitute and administer. No hunting down bac water at a compounding pharmacy in Etobicoke, no ordering syringes separately off Amazon.
| Factor | Retatrutide Vials | Retatrutide Pens |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price (CAD) | $89 (10mg) | $229 (40mg) |
| Cost per mg | $8.90 | $5.72 |
| Doses per unit | 5-20 (depends on protocol) | 8 fixed |
| Reconstitution required | Yes (5 min) | No |
| Best for | Custom protocols, dose experimentation | Consistent weekly protocol, travel |
| Shelf life (unopened) | 24 months at 2-8°C | 18 months at 2-8°C |
| Shelf life (reconstituted) | 28 days at 2-8°C | N/A |
| Best for beginners? | Only if comfortable with syringes | Yes — clinical-trial format |
If you already run peptide protocols and are comfortable with syringes, vials are objectively better value per milligram. If this is your first research protocol or you travel weekly, pens remove the learning curve entirely.

Our Bulk & Combo page has retatrutide + tirzepatide stacks, pen + vial combos, and multi-year bundles — priced significantly lower than ordering separately.

Nothing scary, nothing complicated. If you can measure 2 millilitres and swab a rubber stopper with alcohol, you can reconstitute a vial. Full protocol video is available on request via WhatsApp.
Take the retatrutide vial and the bacteriostatic water out of the fridge and let them sit on your counter for 15-20 minutes. Cold peptide is more likely to fragment when you inject the bac water into the vial. This step is not optional.
Alcohol pad on the rubber stopper of the bac water vial. Alcohol pad on the rubber stopper of the retatrutide vial. Let both air-dry for 10 seconds. Don't skip this even if the vials look clean.
Use one of the insulin syringes provided. Draw exactly 2 millilitres of bac water. Air bubbles are fine — you'll clear them in the next step.
This is the most important step. Do not squirt the water directly into the lyophilized peptide cake. Instead, angle the syringe so the water runs down the inner glass wall of the vial. Slow injection = intact peptide. Fast injection into the cake = fragmented peptide.
Once the water is in, gently swirl the vial for 30-45 seconds. The lyophilized cake will dissolve. You should end up with a clear, slightly amber solution. If it's cloudy or has visible particles, don't use it — WhatsApp us and we'll ship a replacement.
Write today's date on the vial label with a fine-tip marker. This is your Day 0 for the 28-day reconstituted shelf life. Store at 2-8°C between doses.
The pattern in our order database is pretty clear: buyers who start with a single Starter vial usually reorder within 6 weeks. Half of them upgrade to the Buy-3-Get-1-Free bundle on their second order. About 22% eventually switch to bulk 6-vial orders and never look back. Once you're comfortable with the reconstitution process, vials become the default — the per-dose economics simply beat every other format on the market.
The pens are still popular for two use cases: first-time buyers who want the clinical-trial format, and heavy travellers who don't want to carry syringes through airports. Everyone else — the bulk of our Canadian research community — orders vials.
From $89 CAD for a single Starter vial. Cold-chain shipping to every Canadian postal code. Interac e-Transfer, 60-day guarantee, WhatsApp support.
